Dear Future Pain-Free Client,
If you'll give me just a few minutes of your time, I'll show you a little-known technique that can help you get out of pain faster, heal your sprained ankle sooner, and dramatically help prevent future injury.
But first, let me briefly introduce myself...
My name's Bradley Barks and I'm a fitness trainer from Gilbert, AZ...
...and like you, I've experienced the pain, disappoint, and helplessness that comes along with suffering a sprained ankle.
To be honest, it's downright miserable – especially when you'd rather be out there enjoying your life.
Since your ankles provide so much support for your body, every activity that requires standing upright is greatly affected – even the simplest tasks can be difficult once you've sprained your ankle...
But...
...what if I told you it doesn't have to be that way for as long as you might think?
Well, at this point, there's a good chance that you may not believe me – but keep following along so I can explain...
Up until a few years ago, I too had accepted the "average" recovery time of about 8-10 weeks for a sprained ankle.
The slow, painful process had always been unpleasant and mentally draining – leaving me with a weak but "somewhat" better ankle.
It wasn't until I was suffering from a knee injury that I truly understood how wrong I had been.
During my last year of playing 5A basketball, I had trouble playing consistently after injuring my knees – it felt like they were always hurting and sore no matter what I tried.
After a particularly painful practice, I got to talking with a friend on the team about my knees, who suggested his Dad may be able to help...
...and to be quite honest, my first sarcastic thought was, "right, because he definitely knows what's wrong with me..."
I was fed up at this point, feeling like I had already tried everything to get better fast– I thought, "what could his Dad possibly know that would help?"
But the friend brought it up in a nice enough way, which was certainly well-meaning...
So I said, "yeah, I'll give it a try – what do I have to lose, right?" – well, besides my pain hopefully...
Later that week, I was headed in to his Dad's office, thinking...
"Why am I wasting my time and money on this?"
"Can he really know something I don't?"
Thankfully, as you'll find out in just a moment, he definitely did...
As I got to the office, filled out my paperwork, and met Paul, he started by explaining he was something called a "neuromuscular therapist" – a term I hadn't heard before.
He went on to say, "everything in the healing process is actually about blood flow to your injury – once you've gotten hurt, two primary things occur: the muscles around the injury start to seize up and then go into spasm..."
"when they spasm, they push blood out of the muscle, causing something called ischemic inhibition – which is basically a fancy way of saying there's a lack of oxygen within the muscle..."
This was all news to me, so I just nodded and continued listening.
Paul went on...
"improving blood flow is the most important step to take after any type of sprain – we do this by using something called NRT..."
(which I later found out was short for neuromuscular release therapy)
As we continued to talk, I began to understand and appreciate how much Paul really knew – and it definitely wasn't the run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter approach that almost everyone else takes.
Long story short, after only a few sessions with Paul, the techniques had relieved nearly all of the pain in my knees, allowing me to breathe a sigh of relief and get back to training hard – without worrying about the awful pain afterwards.
Even though it may sound a little corny, Paul's simple technique really did change my life and practically "forced" my body to recover quickly – which got me back to doing what I love much faster than I ever thought was possible.
Now, you may be thinking...
"Sure that's great, Brad..."
"...but how does this relate to me and my sprained ankle?"
Well, here's the #1 most important takeaway that I've learned from Paul – an effective, fast recovery from any sprain relies on one primary thing...
Improving blood flow.
Blood is the vehicle your body uses to transport nutrients, "feed" muscles and filter out excess fluid.
Following a sprained ankle, you'll typically experience swelling, bruising and weakness from your injury – although painful and frustrating, this is an important healing process your body has to go through.
But by releasing muscle tension and spasm, you essentially work with your body to super-charge this process – which naturally boosts your overall recovery.
While most people simply "wait it out" and sit frustrated on the couch, taking a far more proactive approach using the right techniques is much more effective – and honestly, it's way easier, too.
When I began to research putting together a sprained ankle recovery program to share with my clients, I knew I had to approach Paul about sharing his knowledge and expertise.
As busy as he stays speaking, teaching and working hands-on with clients and top pro athletes, I was thrilled when he was interested in teaming up to put together an at-home program.
So over the last year, we've spent hundreds of hours planning, developing and producing our comprehensive, step-by-step guide that will take you through each stage of your recovery – providing you with the simple techniques and demonstrations you'll need to recover faster and more effectively from your sprained ankle.
All you have to do is follow along and put the techniques to use.
Plus, we've also included a third phase of movements, stretches and strengthening exercises – so you'll be greatly reducing the risk of future injury at the same time.
And thanks to the awesome power of the Internet, there's no waiting or scheduling an appointment – you'll be able to download the guide instantly and get started within the next few minutes.

Paul has been active in the therapy industry for more than seventeen years – so it's safe to say he knows his stuff.
Since specializing in pain and functional performance therapy in 1995, Paul has served as Director of Neuromuscular Therapy at the Center for Human Performance in Mesa, AZ, as well as the lead Neuromuscular Therapist at the TMJ Center of Scottsdale.
Now, if you were to go in to see Paul at his office, the therapy would cost $125 for a one hour session – surely not the cheapest option, especially since the bill would be well over $500 after going only a few times.
However, that's the beauty of working with the program at-home, at your own pace – by following along and learning to use the same techniques on yourself – with only a few basic tools – you'll end up saving both time and money.
Here – let me share with you what a few of our past clients have had to say:
Carol Moore from Fortuna , California wrote in to say:
"Dear Bradley, I want to thank you for all your very helpful instruction on caring for a sprained ankle.
I seriously sprained my ankle playing field hockey when I was fifteen – I am sixty-seven now and have had three or four bad sprains since I was young.
Until now I never was told or learned how to take care of it in a beneficial way that would improve and speed up recovery – all I knew was to keep my weight off of it for a while.
My ankle is now better than it has been in probably seventeen years! Thank-you and God bless you!"
Keith Daugherty from Forest Grove, Oregon wrote:
"I am a sheet metal worker by trade, and I am on my feet all day long. One day, I fell 11 feet and landed on uneven ground, spraining my right ankle.
I did a Google search for sprained ankle and found this info that dared to challenge traditional therapies.
After applying the therapies, I was back to work in full capacity in 5 days."
Susan R. from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania emailed us and said:
"I am a 52 year-old, very active woman – an avid cyclist and skydiver who typically works out 6 days a week - I experienced a high ankle sprain during a landing while skydiving.
I had never experienced any kind of injury before, so I was very unfamiliar with how to do rehab...
After I saw my doctor for x-rays, he told me to ice my ankle, handed me a walking cast, and told me to wear it for three weeks – and not to run.
That was it – no other advice or suggestions.
As one who is highly motivated to work to improve an injury rather than passively let it heal, I started searching on the web for more detailed guidance.
Once I found your website, I carefully and faithfully followed every stage of your program and it was terrific.
As I continued with the technique, exercises and stretching, my ankle felt better every day.
I was able to walk without the cast in just a few days and could walk normally again within about 10.
The techniques and exercises were simple yet extremely effective - I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who has suffered a sprained ankle and wants to take an active part in their own rehab - thanks again!"
Believe me – if these clients can get these kinds of results, so can you.
Look – I know this is the Internet – and most of what's out there is junk...
It's sad, but true...
So Paul and I are willing to make you an iron-clad, no BS guarantee:
