Brad, one of our main research guides here at the Sprained Ankle Institute.
Sprained Ankle Institute is an independent research group that helps individuals find the best course of rehab for their ankle. We’re not affiliated with any university or organization, nor are we doctors in any sense. We’re mostly every day people, just like you, who were fed up with long recovery times, and injury prone ankles.
Our research group has experience with many different sports, including weightlifting, basketball, soccer, football, tennis, badminton, volleyball, dancing, swimming, as well as most other forms of physical activity. Water skiing, surfing, wake boarding.. the list goes on and on.
Since we’ve been there in the trenches, on the court, in the sand, on the field, and know the mindset, training, and practice involved, we feel like we have a good idea of the pain you’re going through, both physically and mentally.
Even if your sprained ankle wasn’t sports related, we certainly know where you’re coming from. Your worse fear may not be missing your next big game, but instead, may be missing work, an important event, or a trip that you’ve been planning for months. We don’t believe that your vacation time shouldn’t suffer because of an injured ankle.
That’s why we’re here to help you rehabilitate your ankle, in as little time as possible. That way, regardless of your situation, you can get back to enjoying your life faster.
