About Our Website:
Hi, my name’s Bradley Barks and I’m a fitness trainer from Gilbert, Arizona.
Our website, Sprained Ankle Institute, is an independent fitness and recovery research group that focuses on helping individuals discover the best course of rehab and treatment for their sprained ankle injury.
While Paul and I may be the main faces you see on the site, we have a whole slew of individuals that help compile, present and put together the information found on our website – so I’d like to take a moment now to thank them!
From personal trainers to professionals, we love to have plenty of opinions on past research and recommended treatments – we’ve even taken the time to consult with experts on best practices, as well as effective treatments that are less known universally.
Our research group has experience with many different sports, including weightlifting, basketball, soccer, football, tennis, badminton, volleyball, dancing, swimming, as well as water skiing, surfing, skateboarding, wake-boarding… the list goes on and on.
Since we’ve been there in the trenches, on the court, in the sand, on the field, in the water, at the board meeting, we feel like we have a good idea of the pain and frustration you’re going through – both physically and mentally.
If your worst fear isn’t missing your next big game, it may be missing work, an important event, or a trip that you’ve been planning for months – we don’t believe that your vacation time should suffer because of an injured ankle.
That’s why we’re here to help you rehabilitate your ankle in as little time as possible – that way, regardless of your situation, you can get back to enjoying your life faster. I look forward to getting you started with your treatment and rehabilitation today!
